Do the products offfered at Direct Flooring come with a quality guarantee?
Yes. All of our running line products come with a manufacturer's warranty. We are also happy to provide all specifications and warranty information, per the manufacturer's exact literature.
What are my payment options for larger projects?
Direct Flooring accepts all major Credit Cards. Direct Flooring also offers financing through Synchrony Bank. We are happy to work with you to approve your financing and provide you with the best options to improve your home with new flooring.
Are your installer's insured?
Yes. We carry both general liability and worker's compensation insurance on our installation crews.
Do Direct Flooring's installations come with a quality guarantee?
Yes. Direct Flooring provides a 1-year installation guarantee.
