"Since beginning in 2004, we’ve supported a number of local organizations through donations and charity.  As a small, local business we see the value in supporting our local organizations, schools, churches and other organizations that help build and strengthen our community."

Direct Flooring also prioritizes hiring employees and contract employees that live locally to our locations. Every regional market is unique, and we feel the closer that the employees live to the markets that they serve... the better our employees understand our clientele. Providing professional service to our clientele, while improving their home value, comfort and lifestyle, is a benefit to all communities.

Direct Flooring also continues to improve the real estate of all of our locations. Whether we are doing a "refresh" of our buildings, or an entire remodel, we are constantly striving to ensure that Direct Flooring is a model for other flooring companies and surrounding retail businesses. Our newest location at 5013 Rossville Blvd, Chattanooga Tn is a 100-year old building that has undergone a full remodel, as we hope to bring this area "back-to-life!".

Direct Flooring is also active in local professional and trade organizations. We are members of both the local Home Builder's Associations and Chamber of Commerce. We also professionally network through business-specific groups, which help to strengthen the business community in the areas we serve.
